This app will allow Zendesk agents view and work with any cloud or on-premise data all from within Zendesk. That’s right – Popdock creates Virtual Integration to any type of data without moving the data.
Virtual Integration means you’re able to embed and display data in an iFrame (for this app, in a Zendesk sidebar), without generating the data as a Zendesk record. It allows you to provide access to the data conveniently without syncing data to Zendesk (or duplicating and storing the data in two places for the sake of viewing it).

Yes, you can grant app permissions to specific roles/groups within Zendesk. Navigate to the “My Apps” screen in Zendesk and follow these steps: hover over the Dynamics 365 Connector with your mouse, click the down arrow, select “change settings”, check the box enable role and/or group restrictions, and select the roles/groups.
