BI Integration.

Simplify data prep with Popdock and deliver your data visualization faster.

Get your source into the right format for BI Analysis

Data prep is often the most tedious part of a full BI Analytics Platform. If you’re using Power BI or Tableau, the data needs to be in the right format and clean for the tool to consume it.

Popdock changes the game on this step allowing for users to use an intuitive interface to join all the right sources, tables, add in calculations and restrictions.  For example, most people also like to use Popdock’s filtering to rule out null values or bad data.

Then, in a couple clicks, publish an API for any Popdock list to consume in your BI tool.

Power BI vs. Popdock What’s the difference?

Power BI is well-known for and it’s biggest strength is data analytics and visualization for big data representation.  Microsoft has heavily invested in Power BI to provide all sorts of ways to give you a snapshot of your data.

While Popdock offers charts and graphs, you won’t find the animated fish charts (or sophisticated ones like it). Popdock is more focused on allowing users get to the details quickly and providing really intuitive ways for end users to find, search, and self-service to get answer their own data questions.
