Empower end-users to custom report & securely access HubSpot data anywhere.
Popdock lets you empower your end-users to access, work with, and take action on data from anywhere in the app where they work. Go beyond the native custom report builder to work with more data and access insights from external system data real-time.
With Popdock, you can:
Virtual Integration means that you’re able to embed data (using Popdock widgets) in the app where your team works and needs the insight. In the case of HubSpot data, a very popular use case is embedding ERP transactions in HubSpot on the related company record. Relevant data from external systems allows your team to work smarter as well as better sell and service your customers.
With Popdock widgets, you can Virtually Integrate any HubSpot data with other apps. Learn more about different ways to present data where your team works.
Popdock includes powerful options to combine data, add restrictions, variables, and calculations. Join, merge, compare, and summarize data across HubSpot tables and with other cloud and on-premise applications you use.
Some examples of combining HubSpot data include:
ERP + HubSpot:
Combine data from multiple tables in HubSpot into one report
Combine data from multiple HubSpot environments
Exception reports:
HubSpot + Legacy system data reporting
Popdock changes the reporting experience in that it allows end users to create and customize their favorite reports with some pretty intuitive features that don’t require being data scientist:
The best part is that users have a universal interface andway to query any data, not just their HubSpot data. Popdock includes connectors for a variety of business apps as well as universal connectors to databases and cloud applications via API’s.
Connect to the HubSpot data you need. These are just a few of the default lists that come with the HubSpot connector:
Take any of these out-of-the-box lists, modify them, or simply use them as a “template” to create new favorites that suit what you need.
Allow users to take action on the HubSpot data that’s presented to them. The HubSpot connector includes a number of actions that can be made available via the set up:
Looking to do something else (another action not listed)? Take a look at Popdock’s options for custom actions. You are able to create your own actions, such as calling an API or running a process.
Details allow you to see more information related to the record, which can be related data (for example, seeing detailed lines on header records) or cross referencing data from other apps (for example, shipping status related to an order). Here are details that are available to see with the HubSpot Connector:
Popdock lets you create lists that include data from multiple tables and multiple sources, if you’d like. With the HubSpot connector, you can provide access to any data that’s available via the HubSpot CRM API. Learn how to setup the HubSpot connector here.
There actually isn’t connector-based pricing. The majority of available Popdock connectors are available with the purchase of every Popdock Plan. You can set up as many reports, connectors, and Popdock widgets as you’d like in all of the pricing plans. Premium Connectors, for example, Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Connector is only available in the Premium Plan. Learn more about pricing here.
Yes, you can set up a connector for each HubSpot environment and then use custom lists to join, merge, compare, or summarize your data.
Yes, the Export to Excel option can be turned on for any Popdock list and can also be made available within Popdock widgets. One Popdock app we highly recommend is the Popdock add-in for Microsoft Excel, which allows the end user to select any Popdock list favorite available to them to bring the data into Microsoft Excel.
The authentication supported for HubSpot are both OAuth2 and API Key.
