Zendesk

Access Zendesk data anywhere & custom report.

Access, view, and share Zendesk data in your app.

Allow your whole team to make better decisions based on the health of your customer relationship with insight to Zendesk data. Popdock allows you to connect to Zendesk data – users, tickets, comments and history, and then present that data in the location where your team works with Virtual Integration options.

Using both the Popdock web app and Virtual Integration, you can turn on options for your team to work with the data – sort, filter, search, export, and even offer actions to allow users to interact with your Zendesk data. Build favorite reports as lists or graphs to share as favorites with specific users, teams, and even embed in other applications where your team works.

Custom reporting with Zendesk data.

Popdock uses the Zendesk API to retrieve data real-time from each of your support interactions. All the data can be accessed to create custom lists, which allow you to combine data (merge, summarize, compare, and join) from multiple tables and sources.

Lists

These are just a few of the default lists that come with the Zendesk connector:

Contacts

  • Organizations
  • Users
  • Organization Members
  • Groups
  • Group Members

Tickets

  • Ticket Collaborators
  • Skipped Tickets
  • Ticket Comment Attachments
  • Ticket Audit
  • Tickets
  • Suspended Tickets
  • Satisfaction Ratings

Take any of these out of the box lists and build your own favorite reports to suit exactly how you work. Other areas of the Zendesk API can be set up to access more data out of Zendesk if desired using the REST API connector.  Zendesk data may also be combined with other data sources using custom lists.

Actions

Allow users to take action on the Zendesk data that’s presented to them. The Zendesk connector includes a number of actions that can be made available via the set up:

  • Add ticket
  • Update status
  • Update priority
  • Update type
  • Delete ticket
  • Add ticket comment
  • Add user
  • Update user
  • Open organization in Zendesk
  • Open ticket in Zendesk
  • Open user in Zendesk

Looking to do something else (another action not listed)? Take a look at options for Popdock’s custom actions. You are able to create your own actions, such as calling an API or running a process.
